This "floating frame collage" is a perfect addition to any home decor. I picked the frames up at a reasonable cost at Target. The square frames have 3 layers of glass, while the rectangular frame has only 2 layers. Ideally, this project is best when used with 3 layered frames, but if you can only find 2 layers, that is perfectly fine, as you can see. I used "Stayz-On" ink in black and a variety of acrylic stamps to achieve the looks you see here. The acrylic stamps allow you to see and place the images exactly where you want them. With the 3 layered frames, the top layer of glass is smooth and can be easily cleaned with spray cleaner and a paper towel; however, the 2 layered frame has the images stamped right on the top layer of glass and can only be carefully wiped with a dry cloth. The Stayz-On becomes permanent on glass once it dries and cannot be easily removed; however, please exercise caution when cleaning any glass which has been stamped with the product. The really fun part of this project is that the pictures may be changed as your child (or in my case, grandchildren) grow as long as you keep them the same size. But you can also use wedding pictures, graduation pictures, anniversary pictures, whatever collage you wish to create to preserve your memories and keep them displayed for all to admire.
